Fees and support:
The full fee includes the registration fee (9800 RUB; covers the conference package, coffee breaks, transfer to/from MRV airport, welcome party, social dinner and excursion to underground laboratories) and full-board accommodation (place in a twin standard room: 15200 RUB, single-use standard room: 24000 RUB, double deluxe room single use: 32000 RUB, double deluxe room double use: 38400 RUB).
The standard fee is therefore 25000 RUB which for the present exchange rate corresponds to 325 EUR approximately (advanced room options are subject to availability and increase this amount correspondingly).
10 fellowships for outstanding European students, covering the fee in full, will be granted by APPEC.
We expect also 5 fellowships for outstanding Russian students from other sources.
